Project description:
This prominently positioned building at the Freyung in Vienna's First District is to be rebuilt and expanded into a prime office complex. After reconstruction there will be a total space of 11,000 m² for office and retail use in addition to garages, cellar and archival area. In working closely with city officials, the facades will adapted to conform to the appearance of the adjoining square and surrounding buildings. The ultra-modern and high-quality glass facades accommodate the requirements of the contemporary use of prime office space, as evident in the expansive atrium. The project also takes distinctive advantage of the access to the Schottenpark, a feature unique to the inner city.

Project description:
The Bank Austria facility in the pedestrian zone in Graz is buying completely renovated. The restoration and consolidation of 4,000 m² of office space is being carried out in close cooperation with the Commission for the Preservation of the Old City and the Office of Historic Sites to ensure an appearance consistent with its setting within the city.

Project description:
This building stands in Vienna's oldest street and is protected as a historic landmark. The reconstruction, which will create seven apartments as well as a penthouse with a view of St. Stephan's Cathedral, is subject tostrict regulations regarding historic preservation.

Project description:
The building, which has been declared a historic landmark and was built by Paul Hoppe in 1909-10 for the Frauenerwerbsverein on Wiedner Gürtel, will be completely renovated. In addition two gymnasiums will be built underground in the inner courtyard. The north wing will be broken off and replaced by a new three-story classroom wing. After the restoration, renovation, and expansion the total area will encompass ca.10,500 m². The south facade facing the Wiedner Gürtel will be restored to its original condition.

Project description:
The romantic row house surviving from the Biedermeier era will be rebuilt and expanded with a penthouse into a prime real estate, especially attractive in its vicinity to the inner city and its beautiful garden. There will be a total of seven living units. By conjoing several apartments four additional rental units will be renovated into exceptionally attractive living spaces.

Project description:
Planned is the construction of a new residential area with urban character situated between two large cities, Kerman and Mahan. This city is suppose to function independently and provide entertainment, recreation, sports, and living facilities for the residents of the nearby metropolises as well as for tourists. The strategic planning involves above all taking into consideration the local topography and infrastructure. In addition, the project must be adapted to the needs of international investors. First, a study of fundamental issues will be carried out based on the ideas that have already been proposed and carried out.
